The service
The service lets you keep the warranties of products you bought in participating shops in one place, and open a fault report to the shop. It is provided by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME].
We are not the seller and not the manufacturer. The warranty itself — including the legal warranty — is owed by the shop, not by us. We only store and display it.
Your account
You sign in with your e-mail address and a one-time code, or with a password if you set one. Keep access to your e-mail inbox secure; sign-in links and codes are sent there.
Give accurate information and use the service only for your own warranties.
Your legal warranty is unaffected
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal warranty of conformity. Any shop (commercial) warranty is in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or add products that are not yours. We may suspend access that is abused.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted. We may update these terms; if we do, the version shown here changes and new registrations record the version accepted.
